WHERE IT ALL BEGAN — with HER
The inspiration behind HERplace started with
Fallon Nichole Hills.
Fallon was an incredible daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and coworker. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the light of the Hills family — the glue that held everyone together. She had a gift for making people feel seen, celebrated, and loved, no matter how busy life got.
Fallon attended John Hay High School and studied at Cleveland State University. Showing up with her gift but she not only showed up but came with incredible energy and never empty handed. She loved to cook for holidays. If Fallon was coming she was bringing her seven layer salad, corn dip, pound cake, or spinach dip.
Fallon was the first to arrive, the loudest cheerleader, and the one who always made sure you knew she was proud of you. Her energy filled every room, her laughter lingered long after she left, and her heart set the standard for what it means to love out loud.
Fallon loved music and a dance floor hated to see her coming! Prince was her favorite artist and no one could out dance her. She truly was larger than life.
We will always honor Fallon through our curated events and love for supporting women and their dreams.
THE SPARK THAT STARTED IT ALL
Fallon’s spirit was magnetic — she had this way of making everyone around her believe in themselves a little more. Whether it was cheering on a new business, celebrating a promotion, or simply reminding you that you were capable of anything, Fallon showed up. Every. Single. Time.
She had a deep love for women chasing their dreams: the small business owners, the creators, the moms making magic happen on little sleep. Fallon believed that community was everything, and that women thrive when they lift each other up.
HERplace was built from that same belief, that showing up for one another can change lives.
The Fallon Nichole Hills Scholarship exists because her light never stopped shining; it continues to ignite courage, connection, and confidence in women who dare to build something of their own.
