MY STORY

Lonnie Eli & Co. was built on three pillars:
Family. Passion. Community.

FAMILY

Lonnie Eli & Co. was founded by Brittany McNeal — a proud military spouse and mom to two adventurous boys, Lonnie and Elijah. Military life means frequent moves and constant change, but it has also shaped Brittany’s resilience, creativity, and love for building spaces that feel like home wherever life takes her family.

Named after her sons, Lonnie Eli & Co. began as a way to create beautiful, functional pieces that travel well, tell a story, and bring people together. Today, the brand continues to honor family by crafting custom collapsible bars, carts, and event furnishings that make gatherings warm, personal, and memorable — no matter where home may be.

PASSION

Brittany’s love for creating began as a child, painting pottery and hand-crafting unique pieces. Over the years, that spark evolved into a deep passion for design, storytelling, and meaningful hospitality. After becoming a mother, she realized how important it was to make space for her own creativity again — and with that, Lonnie Eli & Co. was born.

What started as furniture restoration grew into a business designing custom bars, carts, and event rentals that bring personality and purpose to every celebration. Each build is intentional, blending form and function to help hosts and small businesses stand out and create lasting memories.

COMMUNITY

Military life can feel lonely, but it also teaches you the power of finding your people — the ones who show up, cheer you on, and make every new place feel like home. Building Lonnie Eli & Co. opened doors to an incredible network of women doing brave, creative things.

That spirit of connection inspired Brittany to create HERplace, a space built in honor of her late cousin Fallon Nichole Hills, who embodied the ultimate hype woman and “girls’ girl.” What started with one woman’s need for community has grown into a brand that helps others gather, celebrate, and feel seen — whether it’s through a beautiful bar build or a space made for women to rise together.
