HERplace was born from a deep desire to create a space where women entrepreneurs could show up fully, connect intentionally, and grow their businesses alongside a supportive community in Colorado Springs. What began as one event became a movement rooted in collaboration, courage, and rising together.

BRITTANY MCNEAL
I’m Brittany McNeal — a creative builder, event visionary, and proud military spouse behind Lonnie Eli & Co. and HERplace Foundation. I design custom collapsible bars, carts, and rentals that bring personality to every event, while also building community through HERplace, a marketplace empowering women entrepreneurs — especially military spouses and veterans. Inspired by my two sons and my late cousin Fallon, HERplace is a tribute to showing up, supporting others, and creating space for women to thrive. Whether I’m in the workshop or at a women-led event, I’m all about building spaces where people feel like they belong.
